Beliefs

1. Ethics, No Shortcuts.

They Simply Don’t Exist. We do the right thing — even when no one’s watching. If you’re unsure, imagine your decision on the front page with your name on it. Would you still go through with it? If yes, go ahead. This applies to everything: how we treat colleagues, how we make decisions, how we run projects.

❌ Shortcuts create risk and, more importantly, discomfort — not real results.

2. We’re Humans Before We’re Professionals

Empathy is what makes a company truly human. It’s the ability to imagine yourself in someone else’s shoes — to feel their limitations, challenges, and frustrations. For us, empathy isn’t just kindness — it’s a core skill. It shapes our decisions, our interactions, even how we disagree.

❌ Being technically brilliant but impossible to work with doesn’t fly here.

3. Trust Drives Everything

Mutual trust is the foundation of all real progress. There’s no real evolution without integrity, openness, and shared responsibility. As social beings, we thrive when we trust each other — in families, companies, communities, and nations.

❌ Don’t underestimate trust. Once it breaks, no outcome is worth the damage.

4. Work + Purpose = Pride + Fulfillment

We don’t work just to tick boxes. We believe work can be meaningful, something that brings pride, satisfaction, and joy. It won’t always be fun — but it should always make sense. Loving your work means feeling like you’re growing and contributing. Yes, we’re idealistic. We want to create amazing things, surrounded by people who share our values. But we’re not naïve.

❌ A meaningless routine and mentally “checking out” don’t belong here.

5. If You Stop Growing, You Stop Living

Job security isn’t a given — it’s earned through constant growth. We value people who want to learn, evolve, and adapt. We don’t believe in “jobs for life” — that usually leads to complacency, and eventually, mediocrity.

❌ Don’t get too comfortable in the same chair. Growth needs movement. Stability without evolution turns into stagnation.

6. Exceptional People Change the Game

We love working with people who shine — not just because they’re talented, but because they’re curious, proactive, and driven to improve. Great people build great solutions. Simple as that. We look for those who learn fast, solve smart, and share often — people who challenge the standard way of thinking. Yes, we’re demanding — because excellence takes people who raise the bar.

❌ Don’t assume you already know enough. Here, if you’re not growing, you’re falling behind.

7. 100% Independent and Free

We don’t answer to investors or boards. We don’t rely on — or expect — favors from governments. We’ve never taken bank loans. That gives us real freedom: to create, to take risks, to reject shortcuts, to follow paths others won’t. Independence lets us do what’s right, even if it’s not the easiest or most profitable move short-term. We can experiment, innovate, and build at our own pace. That freedom fuels our courage. And that courage fuels our culture.

❌ Don’t confuse freedom with chaos. Being free means doing what truly matters — not just anything.

8. Nothing Less Than Our Best

We don’t ship things just to tick a box. We’re committed to delivering the best we can — even if it means changing plans, adjusting course, or challenging norms. We’re here to build with quality, purpose, and the drive to improve. If something can be clearer, better, or more useful — we go for it. Even if it’s uncomfortable at first. That’s in our DNA. If we’re going to shake things up, it better be for a good reason.

❌ Don’t settle for “it’s fine” just because improving is hard. That’s exactly where growth lives.

9. Money Follows — It’s Not the Goal

We don’t obsess over money. When the work is useful, well-built, and well-shared, revenue follows. Most of our energy goes into improving our products and processes. Talking about profit? Less than 1% of the time. We know that when we focus on what matters, results show up. Healthy profit is a byproduct of meaningful execution. That’s it.

❌ Don’t put money first. When profit becomes the goal, quality and ethics usually walk out the door.

10. Fulfillment Can’t Be Bought

We believe real fulfillment doesn’t come from wealth, titles, or praise — it comes from being part of something meaningful, alongside people who share the same values. We’re proud of what we do, not for recognition, but because it’s valuable, it matters, and it’s built by a team aligned in purpose.

❌ Titles, likes, and fancy job names might impress from the outside — but they don’t fill the gap inside. What matters is contributing with meaning, surrounded by people who believe in it too.

11. When Culture Fits, Everything Flows

Being aligned with our culture means more than just understanding our beliefs — it means feeling comfortable with the way we do things. When values click, decisions make more sense, collaboration flows, and work feels lighter. This fit is what helps people thrive. Finding people who match our culture is everyone’s responsibility.

❌ Don’t underestimate the power of fit. Forcing it is expensive — for both sides.

12. Governments Just Get in the Way

Everyone here learns fast: if we depended on the government, we’d be out of business — buried in red tape. While they talk about “supporting entrepreneurs,” the reality is endless bureaucracy, confusing taxes, legal uncertainty, and shifting rules. Instead of helping creators, the system seems designed to test our patience. The good news? We don’t wait for help. We figure it out. We innovate despite the friction. We grow despite the system.

❌ Don’t count on those who slow you down. If you’re going to depend on someone, make it your team — and your own good sense.

13. Same Values, Different Styles

We all share the same principles — but everyone has their own style, accent, routine, and worldview. That’s not a problem — it’s a strength. Authenticity isn’t just accepted here — it’s expected.

❌ Don’t try to blend in by copying others. If you share our beliefs and values, your unique self is welcome.
